Another thing to try first is when you are welding is keep the cable to the gun straight as possible. Higher guage wire doesn't travel around curves well as lighter gauge. A really cheap fix is to replace the contact tip.Loosen set screw in power pin and pull out liner. Have gun straight. Use 5356 wire 4043 is to soft trust me I have a roll in mine right now. The cable must be kept as strait as posible and dont twist it.I have an SP135+, a slightly newer version of the 125+. It usually feeds OK but every once in a while it will go in fits and starts. The problem is usually too much pressure on the nut (maybe a wing nut) that holds the wire spool in place.
